of my Mother who had passed away around the age that I now was, due to

When I became a member, my weight was 158.6 lbs. My goal was to regain my
health, and to lose 20 lbs within a year. I worked out seven days a week,
for nine months until I finally achieved that 20 lbs loss!! I started
feeling much better than I had in years. Upon achieving my first goal I
became more motivated to go further, my aim was to be back to the same
weight that I had been 10 years ago. I then began attending the gym 3 days a
week.
Eventually I got back to my normal weight of 125 lbs. Wow, what a great
feeling. I have gone from a size 14 to size 6. I am now more flexible, move
faster, and feel better. I am generally happy and love life even more. Again
I feel good with who I am, and what I look like. Through all this I have
learned to eat healthy, keep active and maintain all that I have
accomplished.
The
staff at Fitness One, was the best part for me. They are friendly,
supportive and also very encouraging.
If
