When I became a member, my weight was 158.6 lbs. My goal was to regain my health, and to lose 20 lbs within a year. I then began attending the gym 3 days a week.

Eventually I got  back to my normal weight of  125 lbs. Wow, what a great feeling. I have gone from a size 14 to size 6. I am now more flexible, move faster, and feel better. I am generally happy and love life even more. Again I feel good  with who I am, and what I look like. Through all this I have learned to eat healthy, keep active and  maintain all that I have accomplished.
